Police Holding Facilities

WADE (14:55): My supplementary question to the minister is: when the minister says that prisoners are held in police custody if and when it is appropriate, does the minister consider it appropriate that a prisoner who is sentenced to a term of imprisonment exceeding 15 days is housed in a police holding cell?
