The Hon. S.G. WADE (15:15): A supplementary question, Mr President: given the minister's desire to protect police officers, can the minister advise whether the regulations under the legislation have been proclaimed?

Again, the responsible minister in this particular area is the Attorney-General. I understand that a process is in due course but I would, for the sake of clarity and certainty, seek to take that on notice and provide that question to the Attorney-General.
