What was the name of that meeting that was held here? Was the prospect of a statewide blackout discussed at that meeting, given that the weather bureau had given us the warning that there was a one in 50 year weather event coming?

The Emergency Management Council is a cabinet subcommittee and, as such, that meeting is subject to cabinet in confidence.
