The Hon. S.G. WADE (14:32): Is the minister able to advise the council of when the guidelines and regulations will be published?

The Hon. K.J. MAHER (Minister for Employment, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation, Minister for Manufacturing and Innovation, Minister for Automotive Transformation, Minister for Science and Information Economy) (14:32): Certainly. I know that there is consultation currently on foot that the department is having with prescribed body corporates under the Native Title Act and with other Aboriginal heritage groups. I know that is ongoing and it is something I regularly talk to my department about. In terms of time lines, I will find out exactly when it is intended that they will be finished and provide an answer to the honourable member on that.
