WADE (15:25): I ask the minister: does the fact that the minister can remember the day he booked his media training as 5 July (three weeks ago) but cannot remember the date he forwarded the draft MacPherson report to the police commissioner (last week) show that he has more regard for his media adviser than the police commissioner?
