The Hon. G.E. GAGO (Minister for State/Local Government Relations, Minister for the Status of Women, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Minister for Government Enterprises, Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Energy): The Minister for Educationhas provided the following information:

The issues raised by Ms Bressington pertain to a dispute between the parents of a student. This matter is the subject of family court orders and the ongoing jurisdiction of the family court, where such issues should be resolved.
