The Hon. T.J. STEPHENS: Mr President, he told the council that he acknowledged that he misled the people; I want to know when that was.

The PRESIDENT: Order! The minister answered that.

HOLLOWAY (Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning, Minister for Small Business) (14:35): I am happy to say that, just yesterday upon returning from cabinet, I held a press conference. Immediately before that I was made aware that that was not correct. That issue came up at the press conference and the journalist who raised the issue originally, in fact, asked that question and I was able to correct the situation there.
