DAWKINS (14:59): I appreciate the minister's answer, but will the minister undertake to look at the circumstances I have just described, which show that in the 12-month period in question no detail was gone into and no work was done, and the reply has just come back as a fob-off after 12 months?

Whether it had to with the change of minister at the time, I am not sure, but I will look at that matter for the honourable member.
