Standing Orders Suspension

The Hon. P. HOLLOWAY (Minister for Police, Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning) (14:21): I move:

That standing orders be so far suspended as to enable the sitting of the council to be continued during the conference with the House of Assembly on the bill.
