LUCAS (14:50): As a supplementary question, did the minister discuss with the member for Mount Gambier his proposed decisions announced on 28 February; that is, the Greater Mount Gambier Master Plan and his ministerial development plan? If he did discuss it prior to the release on 28 February, did Mr McEwen support that plan?
