MALINAUSKAS (Croydon—Premier) (14:17): The implication of the Leader of the Opposition's question is that somehow there is a problem with Belgravia dramatically growing its business on the back of a grant from government, and the Ombudsman made it clear in her report that there hasn't been any finding of wrongdoing.
