Standing Orders Suspension

That standing orders be so far suspended as to enable the house to sit beyond midnight.

The DEPUTY SPEAKER: Ring the bells, an absolute majority not being present.

A quorum having been formed:

The SPEAKER: An absolute majority present, I accept the motion. Is it seconded?
