Mr PICTON (Kaurna) (14:57): My question is to the Premier. From tomorrow, will there be a sound legal basis for the COVID-19 directions that apply to people generally across the state, including for quarantine, contact tracing and border closures, as well as for vaccine mandates?
The Hon. S.S. MARSHALL (Dunstan—Premier) (14:57): As I previously said, we have looked at all of these issues, and we have formed the opinion that it is not necessary.
