Tabling of Documents

The SPEAKER (16:11): Before I call the member for Florey, I can advise the house that in respect of the point of order raised by the member for West Torrens today concerning the tabling of documents, I have had the opportunity to speak to the Minister for Police and also to sight the document referred to. In my opinion, the true nature of that document is that it is a briefing note, one prepared for the use of the minister with the view to furnishing information to be communicated to the house and, therefore, is not required to be tabled.
