Mr PISONI (Unley) (15:00): A supplementary question: when did the minister or his agency, Renewal SA, publicly disclose that interested parties would be able to bid for part of the land?

MULLIGHAN (Lee—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister for Housing and Urban Development) (15:00): I will check this, but my recollection is that when we announced what the details of the settlement of the legal action were, we made it clear that we would be going out to tender for all or part of the land.
