Ms CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (14:50): My question is to the Minister for Housing and Urban Development. Can the minister inform the house how long the footbridge over the River Torrens will be closed as part of the festival precinct redevelopment?

I think it is a little premature to presuppose that it will be closed during the redevelopment, but, at such time as I have a detailed project plan for the construction works and that I am able to advise the impact on that thoroughfare, let alone any others which may be relevant not just to her interests as spokesperson on behalf of the opposition for these matters but also to other MPs and stakeholders in the precinct, I will make that information available.
