Health Review
Mr MARSHALL (Dunstan—Leader of the Opposition) (14:08): Supplementary, sir.
The SPEAKER: Let's just make it another question.
Mr MARSHALL: Does the minister know at what level the Noarlunga Hospital currently operates under?
The Hon. J.J. SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries) (14:09): What I know is what I have said to the house and that is, of the presentations at Noarlunga Hospital, about 87 per cent are treated and discharged and they don't require admission to hospital. Of the remaining 13 per cent, about 7 per cent are admitted to hospital but aren't admitted to Noarlunga Hospital, they are admitted to Flinders Medical Centre, and about 6 per cent are admitted to the Noarlunga Hospital. I think that gives the Leader of the Opposition any answer that he needs to his question.
The SPEAKER: Before the leader asks the next question, I call to order the leader, the deputy leader and the members for Bright, Adelaide, Schubert and Morialta. Shame on the member for Bright: I don't think he has ever been called to order before. Leader.
