The Hon. J.W. WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier) (14:07): Also on indulgence, I rise to note the passing of the Hon. Cecil Creedon on 3 August. Mr Creedon was a member of the Legislative Council from March 1973 until December 1985. The house will have an opportunity to participate in a formal condolence once parliament returns. Our thoughts are with Mr Creedon's family and loved ones.
