SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health and Ageing, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Minister for Defence Industries, Minister for Veterans' Affairs) (15:00): In any arrangement we enter into with an NGO, obviously we have to pay them for the service; so, yes, if we do enter into any arrangements with an NGO that would be done on a contractual arrangement presumably on a fee-for-service basis.
