Consideration in committee of the Legislative Council's amendment.

The Hon. T.R. KENYON: I move:

That the Legislative Council's amendment be agreed to.

This is an entirely reasonable amendment which clarifies the functions of TAFE and makes them very plain. I am happy to accept this amendment.

Mr PISONI: The opposition also accepts the amendment.
