The Hon. I.F. EVANS (Davenport): Presented a petition signed by 4,002 residents of Blackwood, Mitcham Hills and greater South Australia requesting the house to urge the government to do all in its power to re-open the Blackwood and District Community Hospital and the after hours GP clinic.
