Can the Premier advise the names of the three start-up companies claimed by a spokeswoman from the Premier's office to have been using the campus abandoned by Carnegie Mellon's Entertainment Technology Centre free of charge for two years under the business incubator program; and can the Premier further advise what incubator scheme that was?
