Did Andrew Demetriou tell his friend, Treasurer Kevin Foley, prior to 2 December 2009, that he or the AFL had received a letter dated 17 November 2009 from the SANFL indicating that the $450 million would be insufficient to fund the planned Adelaide Oval upgrade?

If Mr Demetriou, from the end of November right up to 2 December, said that the ask is $450 million, that's the ask. What are you suggesting, that he would have said to me, 'Oh, no, actually'—
