Can the Premier advise whether cabinet has indemnified or has been asked to indemnify the Attorney-General for costs in respect of the Colin James v Atkinson defamation action pending in the District Court and, if so, what is the estimate of the costs?

I wish I could give the member more detail about it, but the short answer is yes, and I will give the member more detail on a later occasion.
