Final Stages

The Legislative Council agreed to the bill with the amendment indicated by the following schedule, to which amendment the Legislative Council desires the concurrence of the House of Assembly:

No. 1. Clause 8, page 3, lines 28 and 29 [clause 8, inserted section 65CAA(1)(a)]—

Delete '1 June in any particular year' and substitute:

31 December in the year preceding the commencement of the financial year
