MOUNT GAMBIER HOSPITAL HYDROTHERAPY POOL FUND BILL
Final Stages
The Legislative Council agreed to the bill with the amendments indicated by the following schedule, to which amendments the Legislative Council desires the concurrence of the House of Assembly:

Before the definition of Country Health SA insert:
Commissioners means the Commissioners of Charitable Funds under the Public Charities Funds Act 1935;
