ATKINSON (Croydon—Attorney-General, Minister for Justice, Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Minister for Veterans' Affairs): On 30 October 2007, I was advised by the Minister for Health that on 3 September 2007 instructions were provided to the Crown Solicitor for the Government Investigation Unit to investigate allegations made about the misuse of IMVS intellectual property.
