HOOD:</by> The Torrens to Darlington project, as the opposition understands, relies on several layers of flood mitigation, including coordination with the Brown Hill Keswick Creek Stormwater Project, major underground drainage works and a proposed physical barrier to stop floodwater entering the lowered motorway. More than half of the project will be underground, making the reliability of these protections critical. Stakeholders have raised concerns about whether these measures are fully costed, fully designed, and whether design delivery timelines between T2D and the Brown Hill Keswick Creek project are genuinely aligned.</text>
<text id="2025112614fb3e81a2634ac680000500">My questions to the minister are: can the minister confirm whether all flood mitigation measures for the Torrens to Darlington project are fully funded within the $15.4 billion budget, fully designed and aligned with the Brown Hill Keswick Creek Stormwater Project, and further advise whether the department has identified any unintended issues or impacts along the Brownhill Creek corridor relating to flood mitigation actions on the Torrens to Darlington end?</text>
