          <inserted>That the dead fish were associated with the Victor Harbor record, however, when fisheries officers attended Boatswain Point to take a water sample to undertake a phytoplankton analysis, dead fish were not located. The sample taken at Boatswain point was taken to determine if the bloom had extended southeasterly to that location and I am not aware that it was taken in conjunction with a fish kill event.</inserted>
