MAHER (Deputy Premier, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector, Special Minister of State) (14:24):</by> As members will recall, on 16 October 2025, this council passed a resolution requesting the tabling of a range of documents relating to the current algal bloom. I advised at the time that there were likely to be a significant number of documents identified in searches and that it would be extraordinarily difficult for the government to comply with the motion in the requested timeframe. Since the passage of the resolution, there has been a significant effort underway, particularly in the departments for Environment and Water, Health and Wellbeing and the Premier and Cabinet, to search for, review and assess the documents. This work remains underway, and I anticipate I will be in a position to table documents on Thursday this week.</text>
