HOOD:</by> In September 2025, the Australian Road Assessment Program (AusRAP) released its latest data which rates major highways and arterial roads on a five-star scale, one being the least safest road, five stars deemed the safest. Currently, South Australia has not consented to the release of its data, which stands in contrast to the majority of other states which have released and published theirs. My question to the minister is: when will the 2025 AusRAP data for South Australia be released for the benefit of stakeholders and the public?</text>

BOURKE (Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Minister for Autism) (15:09):</by> I thank the honourable member for his question. I am advised the Department for Infrastructure and Transport will support the South Australian road ratings to be published once the data collected has been verified, which is in line with other states, such as Queensland and Tasmania. I am advised that the decision to publish South Australia's AusRAP star ratings will be reserved until the department has confidence in the accuracy of the data, and they are actively working to complete these assessments.</text>
