Page 4, after line 1, insert: 6—Amendment of section 57—Fidelity Fund Section 57—after subsection (6) insert: (7)	The Attorney-General may delegate to a person (including a person 5 for the time being performing particular duties or holding or acting in a particular position) a function or power under this section. (8)	A delegation under subsection (7)— (a)	must be by instrument in writing; and (b)	may be absolute or conditional; and 10 (c)	does not derogate from the power of the delegator to act in a matter; and (d)	is revocable at will. (9)	A function or power delegated under subsection (7) may, if the instrument of delegation so provides, be further delegated in 15 accordance with that instrument. Consideration in committee.
