Connie Bonaros, falls under the definition outlined in section 474.17 of the commonwealth Criminal Code Act 1995, specifically the use of a carriage service to menace, harass or offend, and whether it is in the public interest to prosecute these people, should they be able to be identified?</text>

Under certain areas, there are abilities for state law enforcement to enforce commonwealth laws. Whether this is an area or not, I am happy to get some advice on.</text>
