MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector, Special Minister of State) (14:51):</by>  I thank the honourable member for his question. They are two very, very distinct issues. We traversed this in some detail yesterday in terms of laws we are proposing to try to intervene to stop people—not just young people but all people—coming into more contact with the criminal justice system by disrupting the serious offences that street gangs commit.</text>
