MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector, Special Minister of State) (14:50):</by>  As I have outlined, this will be for social media platforms to develop and have the duty of care to do that. I would be surprised if a proof of age card, which is a physical document, was the way they would do that, but as I have said, it is up to the platforms to implement it.</text>
