HOOD:</by> The Burnside Hockey Club, or the Mighty Bulldogs as they are affectionately known, have been advocating for a new facility including a hockey pitch on their sportsgrounds. In fact, in their 2024-2030 strategic plan one of their key objectives is, and I quote, 'secure a home pitch and clubrooms'. I understand the hockey club has made an application some time ago—some considerable time ago, I am informed—and are yet to have a response. It is something that has now become quite urgent.</text>
<text id="2025090462685336cec54c5a90000149">My question to the minister is: is the minister able to update the chamber on the status of their application and, if she does not have the necessary details on hand, will she commit to reviewing the file and bringing the matter to conclusion, with hopefully some good news for the Bulldogs, but at least bring the matter to finalisation as soon as possible?</text>

As a lover of hockey, I am more than happy to look into this a bit further. I am aware that Burnside has been looking for a new home for some time. I continue to work with AUSA and will see where they are up to in regard to those communications with the club and find out where that is up to at this point in time.</text>
