I know Rainbow Crows, for example, is a really active group and I have had the privilege of discussing with them how we can make it a more inclusive environment not just on the field but also at the training facilities and how we can make this a community for all. Just like we are in our broader community, it needs to be reflective in our sporting community as well.</text>
