SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries) (14:28):</by>  Sure. I had actually approached it from a different aspect. The advantages of being non-statutory and therefore not requiring a legislative change to establish this means that he is able to be on deck more swiftly and he is able to be agile. I outlined the nature of the role in response to the first question and I think that really does go to the purpose of it. In many ways, I guess the role will be broader because it will not be limited by statute.</text>
