Do all public sector executives undergo leadership, capability and behavioural expectation training as a condition of holding senior roles? If not, will the government be mandating this in the future?</text>

MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector, Special Minister of State) (14:36):</by>  I am happy to take that largely on notice and find an answer as to the sorts of training that senior executives undergo. I have certainly addressed leadership training forums, leadership training courses and leadership training programs in the public sector, so there is quite extensive leadership training, and of course there are contracts that senior executives sign. But I am happy to bring back a full answer for the honourable member.</text>
