BONAROS (15:22):</by>  Supplementary: does the minister acknowledge that women who are on remand and awaiting trial probably are not eligible for programs such as Work Ready, which would only apply to those who have already been incarcerated, sentenced, as opposed to being held on remand, because there are no places for them to go to?</text>
