J.M.A. LENSINK:</by> The administrator's report into the CFMEU, issued on 21 February 2025, reveals that a senior official at the South Australian branch of the CFMEU had links with outlaw motorcycle gangs and organised crime figures, in particular with the New Boys gang. Additionally, there was recorded advocacy for a Finks gang member to become a union delegate. My question for the Attorney is: will he request a review of the advice received from the police commissioner regarding the CFMEU in South Australia, if he has not done so already?</text>

MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector, Special Minister of State) (14:48):</by> I thank the honourable member for her question. In relation to the recent report that was the subject of questions earlier this week—I think from the Hon. Frank Pangallo—my recollection of the report (I can double-check this) is that it made recommendations for it to be referred to the regulator in relation to some of the allegations that were made. But I will double-check that, and if it is not correct I will bring back an answer to the chamber.</text>
