BONAROS:</by> Members may recall that in 2021 I introduced a bill into this place which then had the support of the Labor Party whilst in opposition, and that the same bill was subsequently introduced in May 2022, with the Malinauskas Labor government not supporting the proposal for a gender equality bill.</text>
<text id="20250403120fa3bd7adc4671a0000119">At the time, the government said that it was working on its own version of a gender equality bill. My questions to the minister are:</text>
