          <inserted>The Summary Offences Act 1953 prohibits the public display of Nazi symbols, which would a Nazi symbol tattoo on public display.</inserted>

          <inserted>Section 32B(3) of the act provides defences for the lawful use of a Nazi symbol for a legitimate public purpose, including whether displayed for a genuine academic, artistic, religious, scientific, or cultural purpose.</inserted>
