          <inserted>The amount paid into the Gambler's Rehabilitation Fund (GRF) by SkyCity Adelaide is set out in the Approved Licensing Agreement (ALA) under clause 13A. The casino licensee must pay to the minister, within seven days after the start of each financial year, the prescribed contribution for that financial year as a contribution to the GRF. The formula used to calculate the prescribed contribution is:</inserted>

            <inserted>B is the CPI for the quarter ending on 31 March 2013.</inserted>

          <inserted>This arrangement is in place until 2085.</inserted>

          <inserted>The amount payable to the GRF under clause 13A is in addition to any casino duty payable. The casino duty paid by SkyCity does not contribute to the GRF.</inserted>

          <inserted>The question of what services, if any, the additional casino duty arising from this decision will contribute to does not fall within the portfolio of the Minister for Consumer and Business Affairs.</inserted>

          <inserted>Section 19 of the Gambling Administration Act 2019 prohibits me from disclosing what discussions, if any, have taken place with the operators of SkyCity regarding any change to the contribution of funding the GRF.</inserted>
