J.M.A. LENSINK:</by>  In February, the Commissioner for Children and Young People released a paper entitled 'The need for rights-based reform of South Australia's child justice system'. In that paper she refers to the disproportionate criminalisation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, which is well known and as we have discussed in this chamber a number of times. My questions to the Attorney-General are:</text>
