          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;As at 10 February 2025, there are a total of 15 released detainees in South Australia. This increase of nine since 28 March 2024 is due to the ongoing review of detainee circumstances by the Department of Home Affairs and several High Court decisions which have resulted in detainees returning to the state they resided within prior to being held in immigration detention. SAPOL has affirmed the identity of the detainees and maintains contact with each of them in South Australia and works with the Department of Correctional Services, Australian Federal Police and Australian Border Force to monitor them.</inserted>
