<by role="office">The PRESIDENT (15:26):</by> Before I call on business of the day, I wish to advise members of the recent passing of Margaret Hodgins. Margaret will be remembered by many members, having first been appointed as secretary to the Clerk of the council and typist in 1974, and remaining a valued member of the staff of the council until her retirement in 2018. Margaret also remained an active member of the Legislative Council football tipping competition up until this year. On behalf of honourable members, I pass on the condolences of the council to Margaret's family and loved ones.</text>
