SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries) (14:24):</by> I thank the honourable member for her supplementary question. The cost-recovery process is always looking at a number of things. First of all, there is a base level of services that need to be provided, and that's the case to enable the sustainability of the fisheries to be maintained, as well as compliance activities and so on. Wherever there are opportunities to reduce costs without compromising either compliance outcomes or sustainability, the department continues to look at that. Indeed, there was constant advocacy from various fishery businesses for that to occur.</text>
