BOURKE (Minister for Emergency Services and Correctional Services, Minister for Autism, Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing) (15:16):</by>  I can advise the honourable member that 531 of the 609 complaints were made by prisoners. I am further advised that overall complaints about the department have decreased by 12 per cent. I am also advised that the Ombudsman reported that the vast majority of cases received a satisfactory response and were resolved promptly or investigated.</text>
