MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector, Special Minister of State) (15:06):</by>  I thank the honourable member for that question. That is certainly something I might take up with the new assistant minister who has particular responsibilities in relation to artificial intelligence. It is a good suggestion, and I think we are going to see these sorts of issues right around the world needing to be considered.</text>
        <text id="20250206c5bbc49d021c495ea0000191">While I am on my feet, I have some further information in relation to the Hon. Mr Pangallo's supplementary question. I am informed that the Attorney-General's Department has an AI policy that provides guidance, including particularly for the development of legal advice, and that it is not allowed to be used particularly for the Crown Solicitor's Office.</text>
